14 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp vanilla substance
Blend the sugar, hardened flour and salt in an enormous weighty based pot.
Add the spread or margarine, consolidated milk, water, brilliant syrup and vinegar.
Heat over low intensity, mixing continually, until the sugar has broken down and the spread or margarine has liquefied. (Take care that it doesn’t consume).
